Michelle loves the Inland Northwest and has lived and worked in Spokane, Washington, with her husband, David, her entire career. Michelle and David share a love for culinary arts, music, film and traveling. They raised two children, Michael and Margaret, who share a desire to improve their community through volunteerism and engagement. She is an advocate for animals and cares for two rescue cats, Boris and Ivan. She enjoys working with local nonprofits to strengthen the community, connecting individuals and organizations to create beneficial partnerships. She supports many Inland Northwest organizations that focus on bettering the lives of women and children, encouraging arts and community development, as well as animal advocacy.
